Challenge
The client needed to move a 22-ton CNC machine from Ningbo to Los Angeles. The cargo was both overweight and oversized, and its precision components required strict vibration and tilt control throughout the journey.
Solution
We built a project-cargo plan around a 40-foot open-top container, professional lashing, coordinated 50-ton crane handling at the port, and continuous tilt and vibration monitoring across the shipment lifecycle.
Outcome
The machine arrived in Los Angeles safely with no damage. The factory started production on schedule and avoided costly delay exposure.
